I have been taking Hydroxyzine during my atopic dermatitis flare-ups and the 50mg prescription (2 x 25mg) already makes me drowsy that I could sleep even if my body feels itchy, like the feeling of itch is still there but I am so sleepy that the itch doesn't bother me lol. So if 20 x 30mg of Benzos is needed to feel sleepy and not be bothered by the effects of SN consumption, how much would be the equivalent dose for Hydroxyzine? Should I increase the dosage from the current one I am prescribed with when I do the SN method?
