Help Domperidone or Meto? What should I pick for my SN protocol?

I read a few threads about people using Domperidone but it's not enough, I guess. I really want to follow protocol the best that I can and even if I read that Domperidone can be used, Meto is preferred and that's what got me pretty antsy.

I want to prepare already. The main difference is that, Meto is so much more expensive than Domperidone but I read that they are pretty much the same. Meto can cause drowsiness based on what I've read and it enters the brain more whereas Domperidone can cause effects on heart rhythm and I am really hesitant. If I plan to CTB, wouldn't the drowsiness be a better side effect? But Meto is so expensive here and I am piss poor.

Should I try acquiring Meto? Will I regret not buying it or should I just do with Domperidone?

Meto in addition to D2 receptor antagonism, has 5-HT4 (Serotonin) receptor agonism. This causes a muscarinic effect onto gastric smooth muscle causing the SN that was swallowed to go into the duodenum where it is absorbed more quickly. Other D2 blockers do not have that effect.

I guess that would mean its believed to speed up the absorption/the process?
