Help Dolethal and antiemetics

Hi,

I have received my Dolethal from A.

I plan on taking a stat dose of metoclopramide before drinking the N.

The PPH used to recommend 30mg.

Because Dolethal is stronger than the previous product, does this mean I need to take a higher dose of antiemetics?

According to the PPH, it's always the same dose of antiemetics (30mg). Be on an empty stomach and eat a little an hour before.

Would be great if it cost 30 bucks, I would bath in it probably retail not A's prices, lol stat dose is 30mg Metoclopramide same as Dignitas but people have done a 2 or 3 day regime and still vomited with SN but dolethal is new and powerful so no feedback yet.

Dolethal is a form of N. In my case, it was slightly more expensive than his previous product.

I don't understand: the PPH's version available on this site recommends a "stat dose" of 60 mg (not 30), or the equivalent quantity taken over two days... (See chap. 9.) Am I missing something?
