Doing self destructive (?) Actions?

Does anyone else not take care of themselves or do bad stuff on purpose since they are so suicidal.

Like I'm not showering, brushing teeth or brushing hair anymore, cause I think, well, I wont be needing this body where I'm going so who cares.

Also, doing dangerous stuff just because you're curious to see what happens. "I'm gonna die soon so the risks/consequences dont really matter!"

Also I am such a coward to go through with my hanging so I feel like if I do dangerous and stuff that is outside my comfort zone, I will be more brave for when that happens... if that makes sense...

...also I'm sorry, I dont know the right prefix for this

I drink an excessive amount of alcohol. I know it is op much, but as the closing day approaches, hey, who cares. If I had access to hard drugs I would take them as well. In comparison to you, lost child, I actually take care of my personal hygiene. Prt of the mask, I suppose.

Since I don't know when I'm going to go it I have to shower because I hate feeling gross and I have to brush my teeth because that's all I need is a cavity. And no I don't do things to hurt myself because I hurt enough due to my nerve disease.

I constantly stay high, and my normal day to day tasks have dropped down to 0, since my spiral started. It seems pointless to do so. I am glad I don't need to forcefully do stuff, as I live away from my family, and my roommate hardly cares.

I know the feeling. I went for months without washing my hair. Getting in the shower can be so painful but I try. I brush my teeth because I certainly don't have the money to fix a cavity. I don't take care of myself because I care I just do it because I don't I can't afford any more bills.
