More is not always better.
25 grams is the effective standard we have adopted.
But there are cases of people who died even after a few grams of SN.
The main problem of SN is vomiting.
Less SN may slightly reduce the chance of vomiting and make the transition smoother.
However, I don't know what it looks like in practice.
I also don't know how to calculate it.
I saw a table with information about this on this website, but I don't know if it is reliable.
Currently, 25 grams is the safest option.
