Does sn have to be taken with water?

I've decided I want to go, I hate everyone around me and I know they hate me. I'm tired of people pretending to care but are never there when you need them. Was wondering if I could just take Sn right now alone in my room without having to go out and see the faces of people I hate so much.

Sorry your in pain, I will just repeat what other people have been saying if you can move away that would be a start, taking SN needs a bit of planning not a lot, here is Stan's guide.
