So I just ate a bunch of spongecake and I guess also because I didn't poop when I was supposed to and now my stomach really hurts. If I would rank a stomach ache between a headache, cut, and blunt force then it would rank the highest. Having this pain right now reminded me of how much I really do not want to have this pain, especially a more intense version if SN causes that. At least three times these few years I had such painful diarrhoea that I almost passed out, I was drenched in sweat and all the colour left my face. So my question is will SN cause that? Will Paracetamol negate it?

No, reports mostly show nausea/vomiting as "stomach pain" and heart burn. But nausea can be just as intense discomfort for some as stomach cramps would be.

I mean, with SN you're literally poisoning your body by ingestion. I imagine there will be some discomfort. Probably not enough to discourage most from going through with it if it's their method of choice.

Based on what ive read on here it depends, im no expert but if you look up sn goodbye posts and stuff some said they had pain and some who attempted said they just passed out and felt no pain. I think following the protocol is crucial but someone said their friend did and still felt bad. Idk.

I have stomach issues too so I know what stomach pain feels like. In a way it makes me feel better thinking about the possibility of pain during SN because I know I can deal with it and keep my head clear even when I'm in pain.

Also its interesting to think about that pain is from living, not from death. Death is relief from pain.

Nausea/vomiting is usually included with principal stomach-ache pain no?
I have experienced my fair share of both extreme nausea as well stomach cramps and diarrhea from various foods, and to me stomach cramps always felt more physical while the nausea felt more psychological. SN doesn't cause diarrhea (at least not initially) and most reports don't say much about stomach cramps. Stomach cramps are actually rather caused by the contractions in the intestines. Paracetamol doesn't do anything for either.

So it will likely be a benign disorientation thing or something more severe, like carsickness (nausea from doing something while in the car)? I don't like carsickness too but at least it's better than the torture that is stomach pain

Souds like a terrible way to die

Idk honestly out of all the various methods most people have access to it sounds like a pretty good trade off. It's all about perspective though, right? How much temporary discomfort are you willing to go through to end the permanent discomfort that is your life currently? If the answer to that question is "very little" or "none at all" then maybe looking into another method or reconsidering CTB is the best choice.

Yes, or just feeling an urge to vomit. But an effective antiemetic reduces both nausea and chance of vomiting.

As shitty as this may be I think it can be seen as a necessary evil. It probably stops a lot of impulsive people from CTB way before their time.

I just thought of that one post where someone took SN and seemed to be in excruciating pain for 2 hours before they passed. Doesn't seem like a common occurrence with SN though. It's still one of my main methods I'd like to use.

yes- and if I had one Id use it right now!
Gun and jumping would be my top two hassle-free choices if I had access to a gun or transportation... Unfortunately I don't have both. Other preferred methods are guillotine and nitrogen hypoxia, maybe fentanyl. Nembutal and instant vapourisation by atomic bomb are also preferred but obviously far-fetched.
