Does Quantum Entanglement Allow for Faster-Than-Light Communication?

basically even though two particles can be entangled and can communicate over any distance instantly it can't be used for communicating
data because it can only be in one of two states and the probability is 50 percent it will be one state or the other

if we somhow find how to manipulate the state of these it might get possible the problem is that it can only be observed once and then its done but for normal mortals proly not in opur lifetime maby some military bulshit will be able to make use of it.
