I tried it and it doesn't work for me. Its good in theory but in order to be effective for real, the collar should be able to put pressure on very specific points on an individual which the bean bags, rolled socks, etc could not as it is too blunt.

It's nice in theory but extremely difficult and unreliable in practice. I would suggest that you look at other methods

The method seems to be complicated and difficult to perform alone without a specialist.

It seems there really is no peaceful, achievable, way out for me.

I Haven't heard of anyone that went for it and CTB, but people may have. I can get my "sweet spots" with my hands, but it's never worked. I tried to use hard rubber things that seemed perfect and everything recommended and can't get anything but a tad dizzy.

To me now all the NN method seems worthy of, is if I want to attempt brain damage. I certainly am doing something wrong.
