I will only 8 hours alone . Would that be enough time for n to do its thing ? I plan on taking 200 ml . It's very crucial that I do not fail .

Most people - over 90% - die in less than 2 hours.

What will happen after 8 hours?

I don't think how long it takes should be of concern. As long as you can't be saved, whether you're in a coma for 2 hours or 20 hours shouldnt make much of a difference. End result is all that matters.

Per the PPH, unconsciousness comes in a few minutes, and death 1-2 hours. In RARE cases, it can take up to 24 hours, but the PPH emphasizes that's extremely rare (less that 1%). Those are usually due to other drug interactions or long-term alchohol abuse affecting the liver's absorption of N.
(Referring to liquid vet N, 100ml bottles.)

According to data from the Regional Euthanasia Review Committees (RTE) in the Netherlands

9 grams N:
time to death 30 minutes.

15 grams N:
time to death 20 minutes, with extremes of 5 to 120 minutes.

Is that for the standard vet N bottles, 100ml, or a different variety? (Or, both, or not specified?)

Drug or alcohol addiction is an important factor in this regard. I read that an anesthesiologist had to administer 800mg of propofol to a patient addicted to marijuana to induce anesthesia. This is about 4-5 times the usual dose. For a normal person, this dose means profound hypotension and cardiovascular collapse in a short time. Propofol and pentobarbital work the same as far as I know. It causes hyperpolarization by stimulating GABA receptors. That is, the lethal dose of N may need to be recalculated for drug and alcohol addicts.

Other than drug addiction, it's good to rely on data from euthanasia organizations. CTB is a tough enough psychological warfare already. Data on marginal cases only add to further confusion and anxiety. If you are of average age and weight, CTB with N should last no more than 2 hours.

I see; it's based on the dosage. Should be the same, then. Just suprised they said 20-30 minutes, whereas the PPH says 1-2 hours. (I can't read that link, unfortunately.) But the PPH is based on the the 100ml boths, with 6.5 grams, and 2 bottles is advised to speed it up, so it makes sense.

And still, both estimates are WAY under the 8-hour threshold needed in the original post, so there's that.

(Edit: Found a Google english translation of that page:)

3 questions please: 1 whats the induction dose of propofol mg per kg for a drug/alcohol addict? 2 can you explain in an understandable way, what means hyperpolarization by stimulating GABA receptors? 3 how much time CTB with propofol last aprox for a drug/alcohol addict aprox?

I had to get my post edited.. I really don't know how it would work tbh..
Oh, ok. Np. I heard GHB is also good alternative to N. But again I am not so sure about It. Sad N is so hard to get.

1- Actually, the anesthesiologist does not calculate the dose given as x/kg for anesthesia induction. As they titrate the bolus, it continues until the onset of the eyelash reflex and apnea, depending on the response from the patient. So there is no formula to calculate the propofol anesthesia induction dose for an alcoholic. It already requires a specific formula for each patient.

2- Propofol hyperpolarizes by stimulating GABA receptors and allows the passage of chloride ions and limits and inhibits neural activity. I have limited knowledge on this, sorry.

3- Unfortunately this requires a very specific answer and a general answer is not possible.
