Does it matter if I have high nitrates (aquarium test) if the nitrite level is high?

So I posted this before but I am posting again because I want to make sure my SN is good. My test results showed for nitrite levels that they're exactly what they should be but the nitrate levels seem a little high. Is this normal, are my test results good?

My test its the same id say.
Some nitrate its fine,i think the indicator reacts to the nitrite as well.I would worry only if the nitrate is at the same level or higher than the nitrite.
