Method Does breathing in a plastic back help you hyperventilate?

Basically I'm trying to start hyperventilating so I can drown myself and pass out while holding my breath, and I think putting a plastic bag over my head might help, but I'm unsure if it'll help me hyperventilate.

Hyperventilating means that you are breathing too fast and affects the oxygen/carbon dioxide ratio in the blood. A bag over your head will not help in any way and may actually be counter productive.

It's helpful to do some vigorous exercise to get the hyperventilation going
