I wonder if, when the time comes and I have a plan and date in place, if I would feel less or more hungry? Some methods you would have to fast beforehand for it to be effective, but for the ones where you don't - what would you eat and why? I think for myself I'd eat something I'd have as a kid that has a good memory attached to it like a lasagna from Olive Garden. I know this is uber specific but during family roadtrips my family and I would always coincidentally happen upon an Olive Garden and I remember those dinners just being so fun and laughter-filled. I've been debating taking my family out to dinner one last time but I think it would be too suspicious and I'd probably be too emotional to eat.
