Its just a follow up to the NYT article. Funny how they assume there are 2 types of people in here: People who want to die and people who want to kill others/nudge them into suicide. They do not consider that these can be the same. Like People want to die but AND want to talk about their methods, get suggestions and help others who have questions, sometimes learning something they did not think about in the process. Especially if you look at the Goodbye post: Nobody is encouraging anybody, just wishing them Good luck or criticizing the method. Sometimes they even try to calm them down

i am 100% certain it's about us. they are telling people the same shit over and over again. i wonder if they ever tried to have some kind of interview with an actual user of this forum. to understand our point. to understsand why are we here in the first place. they always seem to be overreacting a lot because the idea of assisted suicide looks evil to them at the first glance, but community in this forum consists of the kindest people you can ever meet, everyone is treated equally here, absolutely 0 toxicity. as person above said no one encourages anyone here to die, i really don't think wishing someone a peaceful and painless escape should be considered a crime. yeah, instead of choosing something as painful and scary as jumping, overdosing, hanging, etc. you can learn some methods here that will help you to literally euthanize yourself. why the fuck are we obliged to live if we suffer so hard that we want to die? this website is also designed for venting too so people can hear you out and support you. and all of this says nothing to them, they will keep spreading their bullshit because they just can't accept someone else's point, suicide is always a taboo for them and it will be like that.

I totally agree, I was just wondering which website they might be referring to incase it had other methods / sources on there in my desperation to find a way to the end.

Nah, pretty damn sure they're talking about this website, all the key details they reveal point to it (2018, names of the founders etc.) point to SS.

I would be careful with interviews for them, don't want to see a r/antiwork Fox Interview mess with this site.
