I have certains thoughts like 'i'm worthless', 'they are better off without me', 'i should die'. Few years ago, I didn't think about it everyday and only thought about it when I was emotionally stressed. But for the past one year, I've been having thoughts like these everyday. How can I get out of it?

have you tried therapy or anything?

im not "in therapy" but i use therapy techniques that can help sometimes. and its not an over night thing.
it can also depend on the cause.

ACT worked for me. All of these techniques teach you to seperate your thoughts from 'you'.

Medication is also good for intrusive thoughts. Personally, I finally found something that worked after years. I take 200mg of Sertraline (Zoloft) for intrusive thoughts/anxiety and it has greatly improved my quality of living. So, if you have access to a psychiatrist and find that they are becoming unbearable, I would try being prescribed something that acts on serotonin receptors.

im not sure if it'll help you, but my therapist told me to say positive things to myself in the morning to the mirror everyday! like speaking it to yourself, not in your head. he said it helps to set the mood for the day i think, i forgot his exact wording .. ;;

distractions like walking outside, exploring, helps me too !! + with music.

All the talking techniques that everyone mentions... I don't even understand how you can bring yourself to do it. Everytime I try, I feel a disgusting "pull" in body. And I know why, it's because I always feel like nobody believes me or that I am being scammed and trying to tell myself that I have worth is just worse. I don't wanna have my own voice be the cause for suffering as well.

For me, the only thing that helps is distraction. Gaming or doomscroll on SaSu or reddit. But I know that it's a unhealthy coping mechanism and I really do not recommend it. It can lead to addictions, more pain, worsening relationships ...

I also don't know how people escape it :/

I actually just stumbled onto it and didn't have a name for it until I took that ACT class. When thinking back on my attempt, it wasn't just how I felt. It was me asking questions like "what did I feel leading up to this", "what was it that pushed me over the edge', "how did I feel after I took all those pills"; things like that. I didn't realize it seperated me from the suicidal thoughts. I thought something was wrong with me for the longest time until I realized that's what I'm supposed to do. I think about it a lot; trying to break everything down into its individual parts. For me, when I stop thinking about them is when they creep up on me.

When I was diagnosed Bipolar II and started going to a support group, the first thing they taught us was to track our mood. Watch for patterns. See if we could see triggers. It took a while but I started to see the patterns. It also came in handy when seeing my shrink because we tend to downplay our bad moods when remembering them. I had a sheet of paper (it was a while back - now I have an app I wrote) and could tell her exactly when they hit and how bad they were. I wrote down the triggers as best as I could identify them. Once I had the triggers I could work on minimizing the effects. Pain was one of the biggest triggers I had. Another one was feeling like I was alone.

These thoughts are with me every day.
I was told these things all the time as a kid by my abusive parents. They were extremely emotionally abusive.
I was never told anything positive as a kid.
I only started getting any type of compliment just at the same time i started working when i was 17.
