We know the pandemic is not over, even though the WHO stupidly took away the emergency which only left the disabled, elderly and vulnerable without telemedicine and other care they have needed since before the pandemic. It's like no one cares at all whether they spread Covid, and everyone just goes out knowing they have it and can disable, harm and kill people by infecting them.

I am so depressed because my whole world is upside down and people just don't care anymore. I was such a fool to think anyone ever did.

The overreaction to COVID wasn't even justified then, let alone now. Compared to the Black Death it was peanuts. Yes people died, but from COVID alone, no more died in the UK than from the common flu on average. However, I think lockdown was a good time for many who suffer social anxiety and it brought people together, which unfortunately only death and war seem to do by default.

Covid was always overblown. The initial videos of people dropping dead in the street in China happened nowhere else in the world. I never wore a mask except to the doctors and got covid only once.

Expecting others to care about the things you do leads to a lifetime of disappointment.

Seven million people died in like three years from Covid. It is exceptionally dangerous. The 12 year old son of a friend of a lady I know just died of a type of myocarditis caused by a Covid infection. He was fine before infection and got a heart transplant but poor baby was too damaged. Covid crosses the blood brain barrier and flu doesn't. Flu is nothing like Covid. Flu doesn't affect every body system and organ. Covid does. Covid has killed so many more people than a typical flu season. We don't even know what long term consequences to infection are because no one has had it for more than the period of three and a half years. It is unlike any virus we've seen and is the most contagious in known human history. It's not being overblown, if anything we are being told not to be scared because the rich need us in our jobs and paying our sweet money to them, keeping everything working in their world where they have made record profits while we suffer.

The populace are quelled by the leaders and lords and masters insisting it just a cold and perfectly safe. Do you know they literally said that when the plague hit San Francisco? There's always been minimizing and people who desperately want things to be whatever normal means to them, but people are vulnerable and the body will only tolerate so many infections. Long Covid hits one in ten people infected. Post viral illness is well known. We have people saying we need to get viruses for our immune systems but that applies to microbes, not pathogens. Viruses don't strengthen your immune system and you risk activation of viruses such as Epstein Barr and varicella which lay dormant. Covid triggers diabetes and Alzheimer's and chronic fatigue syndrome and can destroy your vital organs. Every subsequent infection of Covid is expected to be worse than the previous one and with new mutations comes greater risk of it becoming more deadly.

Everyone needs to wake up to this because they are playing with their lives in pursuit of a fluffy world of denial that simply plays into the hands of the mega wealthy who don't care if you suffer.

I expect everyone to not cause harm to each other. That is part of the social contract and civilization itself. If you don't believe in that then that's like saying will you call the cops if you get robbed, because by your own standards you shouldn't expect anyone to care just because your stuff was stolen. Of course yiu want the social contract to be upheld.
