does anyone have any vids or diagrams for shotgun suicide

will be in car sitting and put the shotgun in my mouth. I have 00 buckshot. Im so scared to fail and the angles and stuff confuse me. Some people say aim up some say aim down. its hard to even tell the angle when I have to lean over to do it. should I just shoot myself in the forehead?
this site has made me paranoid with all the talk of angles and saying if I don't get it exactly right ill be a vegetable... please give me advice for an idiot on how to do this right

Mate, 00 buckshot to the forehead is plenty full to blow all of not your entire head off (especially if you are using 12 gauge, use 12 gauge!)

My technique to get the angle right is the following: I locate the brainstem, put the barrel of the gun in the correct angle to hit it along my cheek. Then I slide the gun downwards very carefully, still keeping the same angle, and then I open my mouth and keep it tight with my teeth. I have put some soft tape on the barrel in the place where I bite into it with my teeth so I can get a better grip on it and it doesn't slide around in my mouth. Takes some practising, so do it a few times with the ammunition in the gun until you get the movement perfectly right !
