Does anyone have a PDF of the latest PPH?

Hey there, I have been to WIKI and downloaded one of the PPH books but have not been able to find anything that is compatible that i can open it with. I remembered thought maybe a couple of weeks back that someone posted a pdf of one of the PPH books in this forum? Perhaps maybe someone out there already has a pdf that they can attach here for me? Im not sure why I cant find anything appropriate to open this book, anyone else have this problem?
