Every real-life interaction I have is very expected and tiresome. Polite conversation is the name of the game, and you have to adhere to the unspoken social rules in place. You can throw in a joke here and there (but nothing too crazy!), and you can direct conversations where you want them to go; to some extent.

I just wish there was more leeway in terms of…everything. There's so much that we could do to make our lives more exciting, but we can't because of social consequences.

One example I can think of is climbing on the balcony of my apartment and using it as a jungle gym. I'd love to pretend to be Spiderman and hang off of it just for fun.

Technically, I can do that, but nosy neighbors would file reports and my landlords would come knocking asking "Is everything ok?" because I deviated from normal social conventions.

It would make so much of a difference to spice things up, but we all have to do things at the appropriate time and place. For instance, someone can dress up as a comic book character at a convention and it's fine, but they're a complete lunatic if they wear it out in public outside of the convention.

So you can dress up as Spider-Man on Halloween or at a convention—but no other time. It's so frustrating because this is "the land of the free" but the stuff we're allowed to do is surprisingly limited. It just goes to show that we are still apes trying to mimic each other so that we will be accepted into the "in-group".

Well, the most anti-social urge I can think of is wanting to destroy stuff just for fun. I used to do this as a kid actually, smashing my toys and throwing them from great distances, throwing them on the roof or into the garden. But you can't just walk into a place and start smashing up stuff or smash up stuff without making a lot of noise. Luckily there exists a place to accommodate this urge it's called a ''rage room''.

I once saw a group of 4 tourists hogging up the entire side walk, but they were walking on the their left side of the road. So it was me who had the right of way. I don't know why but I just had this self destructive urge to not change my course no matter what, and I walked right at them. I refused to change my pace and ended up hitting this woman's shoulder with mine. I don't know why I wanted to so badly, it wasn't like proving my toughness. I just wanted to be weird. It was 2018 and I was doing lots of bizarre socially unaccepted things that year. I think I've got the antisocial behaviors out of my system. I like robotic social expectations now.

The owner of that beer doesn't know what they're missing.

I think it depends on who you're around and who you're working with if you're around coworkers. Some places you can get away with a lot more than you can in other places. For the most part, the people I spend time with or that I work with have the same sense of humor I have (including my boss, if you can believe that!). I still have to be careful around some people, but for the most part I think this helps to reduce any urges I might have to do other, more destructive anti-social things.

God, yes.
Let me run in public.
Let me climb around on shit.
Let me play on a playground even though I'm an adult.
Let me sit with my knees up or legs splayed out.
Let me wear a skirt and a sunhat on a snowy day.
Let me wear sweaters in the summer.
Let me wear pajama pants to work or school.
Let me wear some fuckin bunny ears.
Let me dress up whenever I want.
Let me have my nonverbal days.
Let me snuggle up with a plush and a blanket in public.
Let me have a moss lawn and natural, unkempt plants.
Let me paint my house yellow in your white ass neighborhood.
Let me wear masks outside of a global pandemic.
Let me skip and jump around and roll down hills.
Let me play in the snow and rain.
I want to do many things...

All completely harmless activities, but half of which would result in police reports getting filed or someone filming you with their phone to humiliate you on social media.

I was on a stealing spree at high school and college. Half of my home library is stolen books. I stole from stores, public libraries and people's homes (just one time, from a friend that has a huge library left by his late mom, so huge he would never notice, and he doesn't read at all, so I just, in a way, payed respect to his mother's character). Once I stole a book as a present to my roomate. He so wanted to have it.

I also stole a lot of Sneackers bars.

Never once get caught :sunglasses:

Thievery is a great antisocial activity as long as you are stealing from people who don't mind, or who deserve it.I've even been told by friends that I'm an idiot for not taking stuff from Walmart.

I bought one of those Swiffer Wet Jets recently, and I complained about how expensive it was to one of my coworkers.

"Why didn't you just 'forget' to scan it, and walk out?" they said.

I know that 9 times out of 10, they don't check for receipts, but I would be terrified if I was caught in a lie.

I'm not anti social around people i like and choose. Like to party, get drunk, have fun, alot, even help people.
I don't follow rules or laws. Don't pay taxes anymore. It's all a big joke for me.
Last weeks had to go few times to the malls with the kids, don't wear mask there. Was on the line on macdonalds /hate it/, and some stupid idiot asked why i'm not pushing in closer to the people in line, and if i'm afraid of covid i should wear a mask. This guy did wear one, under the nose. I Just said that i'm alergic to idots like him and like to keep some dinstance. Lool those around were shocked and looked at me like i'm some psyho. And i'm. I was ready tear apart that guy, piece by piece, in my head only, he didn't do nothing to me afer all. but i felt very not social at him.
And lately some women has parked her car in fromt of the entrace of underground parking. I wait for her like 10 min, and went out - i yelled, but she said that she for fact is crazy and i believed her. Next she tried to crash in my car. Was like lool WTF?? Met someone crazier than me :), My doughter got little bit mad too, so shared how fun will be blowing up her car next time. Normal chat and problem solving in my family.

I would never steal someone's food, or even money. Unless he deserves it ofc.

Usually, I'm extremely mindful about fairly allocating resources. I would never steal a coworker tip for example. I tip the hell out of waitresses and cashiers. This is probably potentiated by me being one. But I chase after customers when they forget their money or stuff and if I shortchange them and notice in time. I'll always pay my fair share of drinks or buy little birthday presents or just random presents.

Possessions are their peak pragmatic value when they are shared anyway.
Heart love
See, my kleptomania is more than fairly compensated by my generosity :))
but I would be terrified if I was caught in a lie.
Yeah, me too.

What a rush!

Everything you do has two components: the form and the substance. Doing things that are antisocial in substance is totally fine and acceptable as long as you give them a friendly form. You will not only get away with it, but you will be praised and admired.

Any examples of putting friendly form on an antisocial act? Maybe stories from personal experience.

I have rarely ever agreed more than now! I thought I was the only one who taught the same thing. I'm glad others feel it too.

I wanna dress like a medieval person. I love the way they dressed. But nooo, I "caaan't" because other people don't dress like it. Same with a yukata. I'd love to wear a yukata, but I'd probably have to live in Japan. And it would be nice to sing without shame. And dance.

And do this:

I really wish I could live somewhere alone with my own rules.

No, not everything. There's no friendly murder, or a friendly rape. Unless you go back to 1932 and kill and/or rape Hitler. But that would hardly be antisocial, even in substance. Maybe? The big lever and train conundrum, but on one side of the tracks is Hitler?

In everyday life though, these are not acceptable behaviors. The form doesn't leave any shread of doubt about the substance. The form unmasks any bullshit and the substance is on autopilot by now. A perfect match of signifier and signified occured, in a Platonic cave you would just be turning around. Now morality becomes the substance, or the collective unconscious.

So you gotta talk about substance, but people are unwillingly to talk about morality for some reason. Their humanity. You know, the thing that makes you want to congregate in peace, in here or out there. Humanity is not even the correct word for it. It's communion. Which predates humanity. Life is dual and it will always be. We need each other.

We all live by dogmas unknown, and the pain we feel is because whe can't live by them, or we have them violated.

One of the big ones is - people are not possessions. If you stick to things, to putting them on you, or into you, or taking them for pure intellectual growth or presents... you'll be fine.

If you don't get caught.

There's plenty and everywhere. If people get the impression that rape and murder is what you're doing, you're doing it wrong. That's sort of my point.

I had an associate temporarily attached to me that I saddled with all my unwinnable trash cases and let her be destroyed and humiliated in my stead. Then I said I was worried about her performance and that we need to invest more effort in her professional development. I gave her one normal case which she won, and I praised her for "improving so quickly". She thought I was Jesus. To me she was a trash can.

A lot of socio-political factors must converge to make them acceptable by the majority. You can't do it by charisma alone. If you can dusguise them as something favorable, you must have some conditions met with which you can tap into people's fears.
Else they belong to the fringes of society. And I don't think that counts.

To do anti social behaviour don't you kinda need to have a social aspect first?
I generally don't give a fuxk but have too as either anxiety takes over or I'm told to behave
I used to be a a cocky bugger though if I wanted to skip down the road I would, if I wanted to play in a park I would, If someone annoyed me I would make my voice clear.
Now I just swear and gesture rudely from the safety of my car

Of course!
-I'm so lonely that often I want to just randomly hug random people on the street (especially girl or cute boys)

-It is not my current desire, but few years ago I thought it would be nice just to have an ordinary walk with completely naked body, even at night. lol

-Sometimes I want to overflow all my toxicity and hate on the internet, towards innocent, normal people.

Hell, I do harmless 'anti-social' things all the time. I think it just isolates me further as if I'm a circus performer. I just want to be able to pull on a normie mask.
