Does anyone else have voices in their head saying they are better off dead?

the voices are louder when i'm not doing anything. keeping yourself busy helps but they never really go away

I don't really consider my desire to be dead as "voices" in my head as that implies that my desire to be dead is caused by a separate desire of mine caused by irrational reasons. However, no, my desire to be dead is due to me and me alone, not due to any "voices"

I don't technically have physical voices in my head, but I sometimes have spirits, demons and other creatures most ppl can't normally see, sense or hear communicate to me telepathically inside my head and I've definitely had some toxic ones who would bully and abuse me to the extreme. Some of witch would definitely tell me to kms. It's been a while since the last time I've been bullied or abused by any creatures like that fortunately. I like thinking of it as kinda like voices in my head though, even if I don't hear them physically.
I mean, the experiences are pretty much the same I'd say. Unfortunately ppl don't take it very seriously bc it get's so easily brushed off as just "my imagination" probably bc it's less heard off than physical voices, but I swear, it's actually a thing! I bet I'm not the only one who experiences this either tbh.
