• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I feel as though whenever I try to engage with therapy resources e.g. worksheets or even one to one sessions, it doesn't seem to help me because I feel as though i already know(?) about what I'm reading. I know I can be irrational and impulsive, and I know that I engage in black-and-white thinking, but even when I am aware of these things, I can't stop myself from taking impulsive actions. Is anyone else experiencing this?

My entire life has been a series of knowing something would be a bad decision, knowing precisely why it would be a bad decision, and then doing it anyway. I don't believe in free will though so I've stopped cursing myself over it.

I really liked going to therapy. For a long time, I had regular weekly sessions, and they helped me a lot.
Eventually, I got to a better place and was able to reduce the frequency until I stopped altogether. That was about two years ago.

But lately, I've been feeling like maybe I should try talking to my therapist again. Some things have happened, and I don't know if I'm in as good a place now as I was back then.
