• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Whilst living under my parents roof they require that I go to CMHT.

Now I admit that I'm not fully recovered and still self harm and occasionally have suicidal episodes. But I just feel like I'd be so much happier if I didn't have to go to some centre every Fortnite.

I asked them today when they think I could be "discharged" and they said they would continue to monitor me atleast till the end of the year.

It just makes me so miserable as I hate talking to them and just lie my way through it all anyway. But knowing I'd have to see them for another year seems unbearable. Anyone else agree or in a similar boat as me??

I realize how ironic this sounds but I will kill myself before I subject myself to dealing with a "mental health professional" ever again. They are, as a group, the singularly most useless people on the planet. IMHO, of course.

That said, my son says his therapist saved his life.

So ... 🤷🏻 If that's not proof none of us have all the answers, I dunno what is.

My best advice is to go through the motions at every appointment and then when you leave go home, take a shower, and don't give it another thought until it's time to go again. That is how I do ALL my appointments -- regardless of why I am having to see a doctor. I use them for what I need them for -- but don't trust any of them to tell me anything that what serves THEM.
