Every night I wish I don't ever wake up after I fall asleep, but it hasn't worked so far.
This. There's this short moment between dreaming and waking every morning when I won't feel anything at all. Then, as the realisation sets in that it was all just a dream and I'm back in the real world, the same humdrum as yesterday, the dread sets in. My anxiety and panic attacks happen most frequently in the mornings because of this.It always happens to me first thing on waking-up... Fork! Not this shirt again!!
Exactly the same! There's a wonderful moment of "space/blankness" then wham and all the shirts of my life come storming back in.There's this short moment between dreaming and waking every morning when I won't feel anything at all. Then, as the realisation sets in ... I'm back in the real world, ... the dread sets in.
I wish you luck. Hope you dont get into panic mode or pain.I have episodes of low blood sugar. I keep hoping I have one in the middle of the night and just never wake up. I even know how to trigger it so it may actually work. After past week or so, I am close to trying. Life is just too disappointing to stay.
