Help Do you want guys have any tips on how to be a good friend whilst extremely anxious, tired, sad and potentially also BPD?

Honestly I feel so lonely and tired. Don't have the energy to be a good friend rn and I'm beating myself up for that.
I'm very avoidant, I'm not responding to messages, I try to organise meetings but then just don't respond. I'm afraid all my friends hate me and besides, can I even call em my friends if we see eachother once a month or once every 6 months
But I'll be starting uni again in October so that might make it better.

I suggest you at least not inform them that you're not ignoring them just because, that you are struggling and need space and that they're still important.
