Discussion Do you think it matters by stop taking my prescription meds for the SN method?

I ask because I'm taking 7+ meds at the moment. If it does matter how long do you think before taking the sn seems okay? 3 days maybe?

I don't think the issue is with SN and interactions for the most part, but you might want to check how your meds interact with any ones you'll be using with SN (antiemetic, antacid, pain reliever, etc)

Is antiemetics really needed? What if I end up puking it out? Will drinking another glass afterwards do the trick?
