  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

A method that is available for every consenting adult? Or is it only propaganda for free publicity of his organization?

Would be helpful if you linked a source article. As a general rule of thumb though, take everything the good doctor says with a grain of SN.

He's crazy. A total sleezeball. Take anything he says with a pinch of salt. Like his peacefulness rating for SN, for example

Very true. But others have also said it's absolutely not. So take the average and it's at the very least typically quite unpleasant

Yeah because a little burn in the throat is already too much for them.

It's a lot more than that. COMMON side effects include fast heart rate, bad taste in mouth, dizziness, nausea, headache, am I forgetting anything? I saw two reports of significan stomach pain too

Ofcourse your gonna feel dizzy. Lack of oxygen does that. Headache? Take some paracetamol. Just lay on your side and chill. Those thing dont sound bad at all. Maybe because i feel most of these things on a daily basis. I guess if those things are to much for you, you dont suffer that much.

Ngl, those all sound really tame to me, considering it's temporary and you're dying. I envy people that don't experience symptoms like that on a regular basis anyway. Those are pretty common symptoms for being alive for someone like me. I was prepared for excruciating pain and an awful experience when I was going to do it. I was prepared for mouth burn too.

Of course we do still want a peaceful death, but maybe that's one of the closest things to it after N.

Why do you say that?

A lot of the info on SaSu is from the PPH.

Not gonna lie, some good tips from the doctor, but he still seems a bit sleazy trying to make money from what is the most desperate situation of all. Consider the fact that most of his audience are very old and ill people, who are likely in constant physical pain and had spent what I consider to be a very long time on this planet.

I mean, he could still find ways to support himself and his mission WITHOUT milking the cow that much. I am all for fair pay for a person on a good mission, but what he does at this point seems like all talk no play.
