Personally music will be too emotional for me... I mentioned in a thread earlier today that it's best for me to find a podcast that nothing that gets me over thinking or emotional is said... So I can just try and focus on that in the background to distract myself if that makes sense.

I've for sure thought about songs that I want to listen to and during ctb. I've thought about my last meal, my last drink, many things! It's hard for these free things with deciding. I have so many favourite songs, foods, and drinks lol

I've considered it, but I think it may get me too emotional. On the other hand, I'll probably just be numb.

I always thought about listening to a song before ctb (I even created a playlist). I feel it would be sweet and welcoming, at least for me. My head is too noisy to die in "silence".

(Se houver algum BR, por favor, me mande uma mp ... Eu não aguento mais usar o Google Tradutor)
I love that idea!! Since I have been deciding on the method to use... I have been listening to oldies music to cheer myself up. Music is very powerful. Your favorite song or your favorite musician has been there for you when everyone else has GONE. I go to Youtube and listen to music videos and my soul is healed. I would like the song "You're the only woman" by Ambrosia to be playing or "Spirit in the Sky" by Norman Greenbaum... VERY appropriate with a great beat.

I did listen to music when I attempted, I especially love the song Lies from Bigbang, that line where they sing "I'm so sorry but I love you, it was all lies" resonates with me because that's what I'd tell my family - that I'm sorry, I love them, but when I said I was fine, I lied.
