Vitamin c to cope with stress & heal everything. 4g minimum.
Magnesium relaxes muscles & calms me if I cry hysterically too. 250mg. Max 2 but I took 12 when suicidal after extreme trauma... Felt better

Vitamin d, helps depression. Sun's vitamin, I'm nocturnal.
Kelp for iodine for my thyroid. My celtic salt is better but don't have any added.
