Essentially, I really don't want to be put in a ward or have a record of an attempted suicide as it could really fuck up my life even further. So in the event of surviving poisoning by SN, do i just wake up the next day and go on with my life? and if not what method has essentially zero risk of having to get medical assistence in case it doesn't work out?

The chances of surviving an SN attempt are really low. Please understand that SN is really lethal and can be lethal in even small doses. I barely survived an SN attempt at 7g. I had a cardiac arrest, and honestly, I shouldn't even be here to say this. There are people who have passed away from low doses.

I'm as clueless as you on the matter as i am not a health professional.
I do remember having read (either on the PPH or a forum thread) that you need to throat it up as much as possible and to drink a lot of water and rest.

How long were you in the hospital? Did they give you methylene blue? A cardiac arrest is scary but what other symptoms did you have? I'd imagine it has done some damage to your heart. Did they have to do any blood tranfusion or something like that? Did you have any lasting gastrointestinal effects?

I was in the hospital for almost a month. They did give me methb yes. Honestly, it all happened so fast. I had seizures before the CA. My medical records are on this site i'll tag it here.

Like Kayla commented I think the likelihood of survival is slim. I would think that if I somehow survived I'd have lasting effects as I have severe gastrointestinal problems, a weak heart and problems with other organs.
I think to survive the nitrite would have to turn into nitrate?
Which can happen if it had been exposed to air. It's hard telling the condtions it was in before packaging. Sometimes it's an airtight bottle but I've heard of it being sold in freezer sealed bags which to me says that it could've been exposed to air before packaging. Thats what I worry about. I worry about the way it was stored before getting to me, but I may just be overly worried about that part.
Even in bottles air is in everything at least to some degree.
I barely know what I'm talking about but I've been considering the variables myself. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but is that what happens with exposure it turns to nitrate?
I think that if you somehow survived there would be some medical complications for sure, how long those complications would last, hard to say.
I don't think there's anything that guarantees no medical assistance if failed. Sometimes people survive ods with no medical care but it depends on what the substance is. With opiates it's either narcan or just sleeping it off. People have survived prescription pill ods feeling shitty for a while but that isn't a suggested method anyway. I've taken prescription pills before I knew better and felt god awful for a week or two.

i think u need medical assistance yes.
idk if there's a huge chance u will survive honestly.. unless you are found.
well i suppose you could vomit most of it up.. in that case im not sure what would happen to you.

but yeah i went blue and got dizzy and passed out repeatedly when i took sn. also apparently had a seizure on the way to icu. and got intubated.

also they had to keep me in icu for a while because the doc said that my blood cells may be unable to carry oxygen permanently bc of the way the sn affected them. but that didn't happen. but i guess that's a possibility too.

anywho, glad it's lethal, im not messing up this time :3
