I love them since I was a little girl.

I love spending time sitting down somewhere and watching the stars above my head. I know this might sound crazy and sort of silly, but I talk to them about what's happening in my life just like talking to a friend. For example I talk to Orion whenever I see him in the night sky. I believe in horoscopes/astrology too. I know it's not definite but very fascinating in a way.

I'm Sagittarius btw. :)

I love the technical aspect of the stars as it relates to astrology. I was chartered by somebody really skilled in astrology 11 years ago. The knowledge obtained through this process helped me accept myself like nothing else I had ever tried in my life. Highly recommend others seek out someone skilled in this area to have yourselves charted.

FYI, I'm Aries with Leo ascending and my moons in scorpio. Sounds like you may well know what this means. Happy to see another fire sign.

I like the stars, but I prefer Venus. It's incredible that hell is literally close to us.

Stars make me happy.

I own a home planetarium that, once a disc of a star map is popped in, projects countless stars and constellations onto the ceiling above. It's stunning to drift off to at night. A starry poster was included in the box and I have adhered it to my bedside wall.

I also own star-themed jewellery, clothing, hair accessories, etc.

There is a website where you can officially name stars after people, pretty cool.

There also plenty of cool apps that let you view planets and star consolations using augmented reality.

Made my own animated screensaver showing Orion aiming at a spinning earth also displaying time and date.

Those who are interested in stars, planets and space in general can look for a space simulator called "Space Engine". It's on Steam but there's also a free version of it. However, it has the potential to trigger an existential crisis...

I like them because they're a reminder of how insignificant our planet is

There are few things more beautiful than a clear night sky, if you can get far enough from civilization to be able to see the Milky Way. Back when I was 18-19 some friends and I went to a park out in the middle of buttfuck nowhere Kansas, and slept on the ground without a tent. So incredibly beautiful. To think that humans used to be able to see that on every clear night of the year before streetlights.

I can look at the moon all night  I am a member of my local astronomy club so I got some evening where i can spend hours watching planets, galaxies, nebula... Im never bored of that, just wish I have my own telescope for doing it alone.

No Rihana, Shakira, Lady Gaga inside this thread ? Where are the traces of modern poetry ? Sigh, I'm out
