It may sound paradoxical or like I am not serious or merely SI. But it isn't. I even enjoy exercising. I don't have that extreme fear of death anymore since discovering my method (hypothermia at sea, winter, combined with CO2 inhalation if I can do it)
Like you feel genuinely happy but don't mistake it for merely SI. You know you will be gone so suddenly you love life and want to experience more of it. Not because you fear death either. Paradoxical, may even sound dishonest. But it isn't

Personally, my mood always seems to deteriorate the closer I get to finally making a plan, choosing a date, etc. Then it's just a weird sense of... melancholic euphoria. Everything is so peaceful, and I can find beauty in things again. So yeah, I totally see what you mean. Wishing you the best, whatever that is for you.
