I believe that some people ( like me and other outcasts) are just not made for this world. Like i'm never going to "fit in" our society. That i should never have been born.
Here is my theory :
I have realized that the goal of any species, including humans, is to reproduce and multiply. If you are an outcast, have health problems and have weak genes, no one is going to share their genes with you.
Nature has always been cruel, humans are no exception.
For example, if a lion is hunting a group of gazelles, and one of them has a broken leg, they are just going to abandon her and flee.
My analogy is that losers like me are just going to die alone because nobody cares about weaklings. Some people are born strong, other weak. The weak dies, the strong survives...sadly that is how harsh reality is. Some of us are not strong enough for this world...when you constantly feel like trash and no one wants you...its over.😥

I think if people believe in evolution, then nature creates many variations and selects those suitable ones to survive. The unsuitable ones would be rejected as soon as possible to save resources.

But modern medicine is a big business. It would be great to have these weak people around dependent on drugs meaninglessly for the whole life, not doing much. Being not suitable for work, they probably can't afford the medication themselves, but their family, friends, relatives and taxpayers are paying for them.

I don't know about other people, but I feel like I'm not made for this life, I have my physical health problems but they're not the main thing here, the thing is I feel like I'm too inadequate for this world, and I don't see a point for my life other than leaving

That's why ctb is so socially condemned as a bad thing

Thats what i think too. I've been on antidepressants for 15 years and im just getting worst as the years go by. I really dont see the point trying to "save" people like us. We just want to die in peace.
And the pharmaceutical industries making money by prolonging our suffering is beyond disgusting. Its fuking evil.

At this point I've come to the same conclusion. There are clearly just some of us that were meant to make it, and some that weren't. For all the success stories in a day there's also all the statistics. By the nature of it, there can only be so many successes. I know now I was meant to be with the statistics. Just wasn't cut out to make it. If only they'd let us admit it on our own terms.

Yes. I'm certainly not meant for existing in any way but it isn't like I could ever want to be. I could never be delusional enough to see it as being beneficial to exist in this world where there is unlimited potential to suffer. Only the non existent are truly fortunate.

"strong people," as they are called, then also die, like everyone else. What's the point of being born at all then

It's very difficult to get off these drugs once started. They are addictive and will cause withdrawal. Often they just make people numb and more suicidal. It has been shown that many of these substances are no better than placebo. The chemical imbalance theory of depression has been disproved. But the drugs sellers are still saying that antidepressants are working for "unknown reasons". If the causes of depression are external, e.g. environmental, lifestyle, or social, altering the mind is not going to solve the root problems. But the pharmaceutical companies don't care. They just care about making more money.

Little evidence antidepressants even treat depression.

Standing and squatting seem to be more natural for primates. Chair is probably an unhealthy invention. Some say it's better to stand when using computer for a long time.

It's not even that. They attributed my scoliosis to sitting at desks when growing. its A giant oof. Many of my teachers thought it was rude to stand and now look at my spine :/

I agree, weaklings will always be used by the strong to benefit themselves. They are a resource to the powerful, nothing else.

I agree, some of us are not made for this world. However, my line of thinking is rooted in a different issue than reproduction and being wanted. The society and institutions that we as humans have created for ourselves are designed to benefit a select few, while the rest of us suffer in order to bring those select few more pleasure. If you are not born into the family of one of the select few, you will be bound to a life of what is essentially servitude (for lack of better words) unless you become incredibly lucky, in which you would then join the people at the top.

Those who are "fit" and "capable" enough to give the few at the top the pleasures they want are rewarded, while those who stray too far from what is considered "ideal" will be cast aside and left to die. The society that humans have created will unfortunately never truly tolerate those who are disabled, nuerodivergent, BIPOC, mentally ill, etc. as they are seen as "unfit" and "incapable" of doing what our "overlords" (for lack of better words) want us to do.
