I don't believe in any kind of god, at least not one that cares about humans. I think there are good reasons to think that's not the case. Same with spirituality.

What I find interesting is the idea of an impersonal "higher power." I'm pretty science minded but it was pointed out to me once that it's possible that there are just laws of physics so complex that our brains are physically incapable of comprehending them (due to inherent limitations in information capacity/complexity), which wouldn't be functionally any different from a higher power.

I'm 100% certain we live in a simulated T-maze. Our "Big Bang" was /run. It's the only way you get something from nothing. Everything in life is predetermined by code (think DNA). Natural and physical law are program parameters. We have replicated this program ourselves numerous times, which is why it's so ironic we don't recognize this blaring truth.

I grew up religious before realizing the entire bible is plagiarized. It is Mithraism combined with the Epic of Gilgamesh and converted to monotheism. Even the birthdate of Jesus is plagiarized from a pagan festival. It is clear that most religions were created by man, who yearns for divine purpose and to subjugate and enslave women.

Check out evil bible dot com if you're having trouble accepting this. God commands children to be raped in the bible. Study other religions like Islam, who's prophet married a 6-year-old. Look how religion treats women/children as sexual objects/property and you will see the fingerprints of man, not God.

I believe in telepathy, because one girl woke me up with "I got you now" while I was asleep which immediately woke me up.

It was like she was directly talking into my brain, and it wasn't a dream, just this words very sharply spoken which woke me up in shock.

It happend after we broke up and I never experienced anything like this before in my life.

Although I don't know what exactly she "got" from me? My soul?
I would LOVE to believe in an afterlife, but I've realized that I just…don't. heaven is a nice, comforting idea but I don't think I really believe in it, because whenever I think about ctb I don't think of any afterlife afterwards. I just think of nothingness where you're unable to feel either happy or unhappy about the situation because you're unable to think.
if there was a definitive afterlife I dont know what the fuck I would do anymore.

There are things which science can't explain. There are 2 ways we can handle this:
1. If there's no scientific explanation, then there must be some god/supernatural being/souls/etc.
2. Maybe one day science will find the answers, maybe it won't. I'm fine with never knowing the answers, I don't need to fill in the gaps with anything supernatural.

I'm going with 2.

God exists, I can asure you that.
I've had several spiritual experiences from kundalini awakening and I had access to paranormal abilities.
Souls exists as well, it's all real.
The fact that you don't see it regularly, doesn't mean it's not there, similar to a WiFi signal, you can't see it, but it's there and it's delivering you a whole bunch of information straight to your phone or your computer.

Nobody deserves to burn forever, we're just humans, evolved animals fighting for survival, that's all

I might be saying this for the third time. I'm an Orthodox Christian (in a highly unconventional way), and I do believe in God, that is, "some kind of a spiritual force".
What God or "spiritual force" is is unknown to me, but nevertheless, I highly believe in it, and try to find what it truly is.

What's the purpose of the simulation? Torturing children? Child labor? Child sex trafficking? Mass genocide?

And what does this god do all day? Watch his creation suffer like a giant colosseum just for him and his angels to enjoy?

there are so many threads about god that i'm almost starting to believe in there actually being a god

five more posts about god and i'll visit church next sunday

ten more and i'll start my own church

but no i don't believe in god or whatever else can be out there according to people, but i don't have an issue w those who believe

if you wake up someday w a god complex and start to see yourself as a god, so be it

whatever rocks your boat and whatever may bring the best out of you

we've all got to believe in something: a god, in yourself, 9+10 actually being 21 or whatever else we can come up with

I convinced myself multiple times in the past years that I'm the only true perceiver of existence. Nonsense nonetheless

The Big Bang doesn't posit that something came from nothing. This is a popular misconception often pushed by religious people trying to discredit science (while at the same time not being able to explain where their God came from).

Think about ants. If you put obstacles in their path, they don't have the capacity to understand that a larger being, much more intelligent with greater cognition did that. They have no concept of humans and how humans live their life. What if we are the ants, and there is another being whose life and knowing and power we can't comprehend? I accept the science of everything as we understand it so far, but perhaps we are only scratching the very surface and can't even conceptualise the real truth of being and how things work. I call it "God" but not as something that looks after humanity or needs worship, or symbols. But I do think it exists.

Here 60 % believe In some kind of god or spirituality . Polls show general population its higher close to 90%.

I'm completely alone in my beliefs on this planet . I haven't seen several things i found out written anywhere else except in my writings. Another reason to kill these monstrous 30 trillion cells they call my human body.

Imo most adults don't even fully understand that they and everyone is going to die which is the most fundamental truth of all

A human is 30 trillion cells , A small animal , A machine , chemical reactions. The brain is an abomination because it can suffer unending constant unbearable pain : is this the purpose of a god a simulation or a programmer?

I'll never believe in any god afterlife simulation etc

Boggles my mind that most humans believe in an afterlife or riencarnation.

What will you do for the first triillion to the quadrillion power years in an afterlife ? I've had enough of life / consciosness / existence already . Im so glad after Death is non-existence forever

No, I don't believe in a god. I used to when I was younger because of religious indoctrination but even then I was skeptical of a god. I got out of the religious indoctrination and this experience taught me that all religions are false and that god doesn't exist entirely. I'm not even agnostic, I'm completely atheist as I fully believe that god is just a human construct rather than something that exists in reality. What baffles me is how people believe and even devote their entire lives into something that is obviously man made. It also baffles me that they just believe in god without any evidence for it

I actually don't believe in a higher being (aka "god") but there could be some kind of spirituality but that could also be only sth that is created within our brains by chemical reactions and is not real. However, it also could be real just not everyone can see/experience it. There's probably more out there what we can never discover.
