Sadly I think something like this would be viewed as criminal which shows what a disgusting, hellish world we exist in, it disgusts me how providing ways for people to find peace and relief from this harmful existence would be viewed in such a way.

Is switzerland the only option ? is there any VAD clinics that we dont know of yet, that exist in other places of the world that are similar to pegasos
