Help Do I have the real SN

I need to know if I have the real lethal item. I got this five years ago and will have to CTB for real in the next few days.
The label says: SODIUM NITRITE Food Grade/FCC With max of 0.1% Mono & Dimethyl Naphthalene Sulfonates added.

It goes on to say "Hazards to Humans and Domestic animals, use gloves, do not inhale, etc. What is your opinion? And standard 20-25 mg dose?

Food grade usually pretty high purity for simple chemicals, does it have a batch number from the manufacturer on the label? Some manufacturers you can look up their test results on the website

Food grade isn't the correct type of SN

This is not true. The grade does not matter. Only the purity. You are aiming for >95% pure SN.
