What else can I put in lasagna? Someone once made me a mushroom one and one with just lasagna sheets and Parmesan and pesto

Not sure how this thread went to lasagna, but since I saw it, I thought I would add that I am on Keto and have been making "Green Bean Lasagna". It is absolutely wonderful. My family are big meat eaters but everyone loved it. I also have made it and topped it with meatballs.

Green bean lasagna sounds delish :-) so layer the green beans in place of pasta sheets? Everything else the same? @Baku anything to add?

OMG!!!!! It was STALKING him just like @lost illusions said!!! Arghhhhbbhh

It weighed 80lbs I only weigh 98lbs :-( it would have eaten me as a snack - and it was only a teenage lion, not even a grown up one

I would say you can change the type of cheese, maybe more "fresh"/"watery" but i don't know how dry the greenbeans' sauce is.
Parmesan on top is obligatory
