Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Diet is Really Important

My diet's shocking. First thing is a monster ultra, then maybe some fat free yogurt at five o clock, followed by curiously Cinnamon cerial at about eight o clock then curly wurlies to finish the day. Yeah, I'm losing quite a bit of weight.
I've been on a ketogenic diet, gravitating towards carnivore diet, for about 6 months. It did wonders at alleviating my chronic inflamation, which was the main reason I went on this diet. But in the process I found there are other positive apects to it. My embarassing tremor has subsided significantly, my brain fog subsided too and I'm a lot more focused and able to reatain my concentration for longer and, the most surprising and welcoming effect, I am able to sleep again, after 10 years of pretty severe insomnia.
It's a difficult diet. I had to give up on all my favorite food. The most annoying part was constantly chasing my electrolytes, otherwise I would frequently get cramps. Luckily, I found a simple workaround for that - incorporate honey into the diet. It's the most carnivore source of carbohydrates, since it's animal made, and is much more easily digested than regular sugar, since bees add enzymes to the nectar and the sugar is already partially broken down. So if I eat honey in the evening, I'm already back in ketosis by the next morning, without all the cramping bussines.
Mind you, I'm not preaching nor suggesting to anybody they should get on board, but I found it suits me very well.
I wish I knew how to eat healthy. The rare times I don't panic in the grocery store..
I have no idea what to get in the produce section, when I do get something half of it gets wasted. I look at recipes that need dozens of ingredients that put the cost of a single meal over $20 and chances are I'll mess it up so I always need a backup meal. I would get subscription meals if they didn't come in ridiculous boxes covered in logos so all my neighbors know I'm a lazy stupid bastard. That being said, I'm sure my diet is 60% of my problem or one of the only things I haven't properly tried.
I start things like this or whatever else in very small increments sometimes and that helps me.
I first focus on one good meal per day, for several days out of each week, and add in meals I learned to make. Then lunch and then add in breakfast.
Firstly, was me getting some quick and easy healthy snacks to get me through the in between meal times though.
I try not to go crazy with quantities and plan for one week at a time, and learn what I end up wasting at the end of that week and adjust for the following week.
I like tiny grape tomatoes. I snack on them. I love to mix these with cucumber slices in a bowl. I spray a tiny bit of olive oil on them and put lemon juice on them and keep this cold for when I need a quick snack. I also put some onion slices in the mix.
I was on a keto diet for a couple years in college and it did feel great. I was worried about my kidneys however.

All of this food talk is starting to make me hungry and so I think it is time to eat a breakfast. I have a grapefruit with honey to put on it and a biscuit with peanut butter and honey and a coffee with me to eat and enjoy.
My sister grows everything in her garden and has found several types of those little tomatoes that taste real good that she keeps to keep growing each season, plus corn, peppers, and a bunch of other stuff too, like rhubarb and onions and lettuce, etc... It is amazing stuff! She has it to the point of needing to bag, can it, or give it away she grows soo much stuff.
I had mango halves with pure local honey drizzled on them with two breakfast biscuits covered in natural local peanut butter with some honey on those too.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to incorporate more produce into your diet? Eating fruits and veggies requires a ton of emotional energy for me for some reason, if that makes any sense. I'm always down for berries, but they're not exactly in season. Cooking vegetables makes them taste better (and therefore are easier to eat), but I don't have the energy for it. Those prepackaged frozen things with butter sauces or cheese or whatever are gross.
Get a rice cooker with an integrated steamer. Easiest vegetables (and rice) you'll ever cook and steaming vegetables retains the most nutrition compared to boiling, frying etc.

You can add spices as you please. I googled an example with decent pictures of what it looks like, see below. You can make a full healthy hot meal just by putting in the ingredients and pressing a button. It's almost cheating.

That one looks like a really nice one and thanks for the slow rotating ones tip too. My old one was the faster spinning ones but it was a higher end model, and it would still foam and waste too much I thought.
