Hi all,

I was wondering if there were visible signs after you attempted by cutting off blood/oxygen to your brain. In my case the ratchet and rope didn't leave traces (not counting the ductape marks). The only visible signs were popped veins in my cheeks and eyes and later some bleeding ears and a very sore throat. I expected bruises, so I was wondering what you guys experienced.

I had some redness for a bit and a few indents but nothing permanent. I made my attempts early in by day so the marks were all gone by the time people got home in the evening.
