The Bible specifically says that Jesus died for all of our sins past, present, and future.

You absolutely can, but if you have accepted God's gift of forgiveness then you are already forgiven.

If God is real then he is all loving. He would absolutely understand the circumstances around your suicide.

Even Jesus said that those that hate this life are blessed...
