Help Did I get the right thing?

I got it for like 20dollar and I'm not sure if I get the right thing. So I shipped it to a package store and when they hand it to me, the package it's open already. Should I be worried that if it's open it's not gonna work?

Does it say anything about the purity on the package anywhere? It can be tested with a small amount of blood. There's many posts about doing that. I'd be a little leery about it being opened. Was the bottle itself opened or just the package it came in. The bottle should have been sealed under the cap, correct?

Me, personally, I would have tested it with some blood. If it turns brown, it's the real thing and still good.
