Help Did DMC scam me? Brought SN a few hours ago and now the website is down and not connected to a domain?

I ordered 100G of SN from DMC a few hours ago and now suddenly the site is down and not connected to its domain? If they've been online all this time and suddenly vanish just as I finally buy some SN I'm gonna completely lose it. At that point, the universe is deliberately fucking me.

Just want to let you guys know, I messaged DMC on Whatsapp and gave them my order number. They created the shipping label and posted the package. Message them there whilst the website is down. :)
