Did anyone in their 30s or 20s email/apply to pegasos, dignitas or any of these Vad clinics in europe ?

I know there is a couple in netherlands and luxemborg...but I dont know the names

so Anyone who emailed/applied to pegasos,dignitas, exit or any other VAD place in europe please DM me or comment here what did they say even if they rejected.

Also is the dental xray a substitue for the whole family member accompanying thing ?
