In terms of accessibility my top 3 would be:

1. Jumping (all you need is a tall bridge/building)
2. Hanging (materials are easy to acquire)
3. Carbon Monoxide (materials are also easy to acquire)

All three of these methods have their own problems but they are all cheap and the materials should be readily accessible anywhere. I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way I hope you're able to find peace <3.

I really understand finding it so torturous to exist, all I want is to be permanently free from the suffering and torture of existing, I always suffer so much from being so cruelly denied the option of a painless, guaranteed death so finally I can be at peace from this painful existence that only ever caused me to suffer, I hope you find the freedom you search for, I wish you the best.

Are carbon monoxide materials really that easy to acquire? What with the hood, tanks, regulator, tubing, etc, I found it all to be quite expensive and went with SN instead. Also the CO tanks in general are pretty expensive and not the easiest to get/transport.

IMO yes all you need is charcoal, a charcoal chimney, charcoal starter or something similar, a lighter, and an enclosed space. I've purchased these materials twice and the total comes to about $25 depending on where you go/where you live. The enclosed space could be problematic depending on the circumstances but many people say a tent will do fine so long as you're careful not to catch it on fire.

I would say SN is also an accessible method but the materials are just ever so slightly harder to get a hold of than CO especially for people living in the UK so that's why I put CO on my list.
