Venting Depression physically hurts

It feels like my chest is filling up and I can't breathe. Everyday I feel like I'm on the brink of collapsing from the huge amount of pain. It hurts so fucking bad.
I want the pain to end. I want to die very badly. Why does it have to hurt so much?! Why must the pain be this way?! IT'S EXCRUCIATING!!!

That must be so awful what you are going through and I understand why you'd just wish to be free, it's cruel how people have to suffer so much in this existence. But anyway best wishes.

Yea, it absolutely does. For me it usually starts with my legs and arms getting weak and shaky and a sort of pulsing pressure in my head. I suppose everyone does experience it differently.
