I absolutely love winter, prefer the cold and quiet. Summer time doesn't anything for me, too much daylight for a night owl.

Yeah I prefer winter, I was a bit less miserable when the days were shorter and I could hide myself under multiple layers of clothing.

It's sunny from 4am to 10pm. It's too fucking much! I can't go out there.

I can't even switch over to night mode (best mode) and sleep through the day because... well, I'd have six hours to do things and then 18 hours to sleep through :I

If I was a reverse bear I could hibernate through the summer. I wish.

Sunrise and nightfall are the only daylight hours I care about. I try to sleep in between. I prefer any other season to winter because the temperature is much more pleasent during the night. I would choose winter and winter clothes 100% if I had to endure a normal sleeping schedule.

Whenver it gets hot and summery I instantly feel more depressed, sad and drained. So yep, I get it ...

Mhm, summer and sunshine make me anxious and restless for multiple reasons. I get hot and sweaty easily, always have, no idea why. I can stand freezing cold in a t-shirt, no problem. I live in the city centre and during summer, everyone flocks to the cafes and terraces and it's always busy and noisy here. I hate summer clothes, much prefer layers, thick jumpers, coats and boots. I hate that it's still light out at 10 pm. And last but not least, summer and sunshine have little atmosphere imo, at least when compared to other weather types like gloomy fog or rain. I love the smells of summer and definitely the idea of it; lying in the shade, just enjoying the sounds of nature and the feeling of cool grass against my naked skin. But let's be real, I never do that. Way too much of a recluse for that.

I do fine in the summer. It's always the winter that gets me. It's dark, feels lonely -- I feel like it might be a seasonal depression for me but I haven't talked about it to my doctor.

i get what you mean and i'm the same, the idea of summer is fun to fantasise about (as if we were characters in a slice-of-life anime) but realistically? way too hot, sweaty, and generally uncomfortable. i have no clue how people can prefer heat to cold. if you're cold, you can put layers on. what the fuck do you do when you're hot? get naked? skin yourself??
