Having ADHD and depression is so hard, I also have autism and I feel like I'm 3 different people at all times. I just want to be bedridden sometimes with my depression but I'm so bored I have to do something but even when I do something after such a short time I'm so restless that it makes me more depressed my brain just wants to explode. I don't even mind the depression it calms the ADHD down a bit when I'm very down cause thinking too much is painful but I can't even just sit there and be depressed and it honestly makes me so anxious all the time my mind races and feeling so lost at all times.

Exactly the same for me. I overthink all the time. I'm neurodivergent and very probably autistic and it's like hell. The slightest stimulation excites my brain like nothing else. It makes me so anxious, nervous, depressed. I also have nausea because of anxiety due to overthinking. I would like a miracle but I'm hopeless and now I have doubts to see 2026.
