@noname223 "this person needs medical help" yes, like most people here. Just that instead of help for depression it looks like help for another mental problem.
But back to the OP. Thanks for answering. If you receive messages all the time and a distant relative dies it seems illogical that the entity made the relative die. Most people here had a distant relative die.
If the entity is so powerful then it doesn't need to control you. People get ill all the time and then they are saved by medicine, with or without entities.
You have been mentioning manifestations of the entity that could be misinterpreted by faulty judgement.
You said the entity talks inside your head but you said that hallucinations exist. Hearing voices that others can't hear is a horrible hallucination and if the voices tell you what to do they are called "imperative auditory hallucinations" and they seem real.
When they talk inside your head do they talk to you or about you? Is it one voice or many? Male or female?
You are afraid the voices will make you harm people. That's actually good because you know that harming people is bad. I am fairly new here so perhaps you said it before, in what country are you in, if it's not a secret? It would help me understand your context better.
The ICD-10 (the classification of diseases) lists under F44.3 "possession" (search for it yourself so you can read it) and it says right at the end that one should exclude an "acute transient psychosis" in cases of F44.3
If the ICD-10 has this F44.3 it means that it knows about schizophrenia (F20), various other psychotic disorders but also possession (F44.3). This means that the psychiatrist has also studied about being controlled by an entity.
What you are experiencing happened to many other people. The entity is not so powerful as you think and can be dealt with. I know you fear its power but it can be made powerless.
Psychiatrists have dealt with entities before, otherwise there would be no F44.3. No good psychiatrist will not believe you but they will help to reduce the power of the entity.
Give it a try. You can tell the psychiatrist about the entity and even remind him about F44.3. What will be VERY important is that you follow the rules and instructions of the psychiatrist. The entity might tell you not to, but that is because it is afraid that you will vanquish it.
