Hello,

Just wanted to get everyones thoughts about decapitation by train.

Just wanted to know what could possibly go wrong with this method?

I am worried that instead of the train decapitating me, I will just get flung by the force of the train onto the railroad tracks & lose limbs, suffer terrible injuries & etc.

There are many people that are successful with this method, but then I hear there are plenty that aren't successful with this method.

Thank you for your input =)

(This is obviously not the method of choice. I am only thinking about it due to desperation.)

I think it will be successful unless you freak out and move in the last moment. And it probably won't hurt if successful. But it will cause trauma to the train driver. Please don't do it this way. There are a lot of other methods.

I agree.. I couldn't put it better than this! And I've heard awful stories about people being horribly injured but surviving.. sometimes surviving long enough to feel unspeakable pain then dying.

I have some fairly direct experience here. Train if done right is pretty lethal. It will also cause potentially severe problems for immediate witnesses and unnecessary suffering for any loved ones

I feel like this way might be the most traumatic, not just for you but for everyone else involved.
It would be hard to not get scared in the moments before it happens, and flinching away might end up in it not ending the way you want it.
Please try to find another method that might be easier for you, and everyone else involved. The train driver would be scarred for life, I think.. stay safe.

Scary but painless. I wouldn't do that. Much cleaner options available for me.

I agree with everyone else Do a cleaner option. It's other ways to go out. Don't do it this way. Even if it works it will leave everyone around tramatized for life. There are other ways. Just anything but this

I feel like it would cause a lot of pain for the train driver, even quilt, possibly leading them down the same depressive road. Not worth it if you don't want to hurt anyone. I think there are better methods out there.

I think it would be fast but I would think of the train driver and anyone living nearby. A family friend recently took there life this way and they couldn't find there head they eventually found it in a nearby garden. I can't stop thinking about it. I just want a quick peaceful way to go.

As others have said, this would be very traumatising and unfair for the train driver. I'd really suggest against it just for that reason alone.

I just saw pics of a couple that did this on fb earlier. I think it's a matter of a hell of a lot of will power and steel balls to do this. But on the other hand train drivers that see people ctb with a train they are driving have been severely traumatized over it.

I wish I had the guts. Probably not a popular method but I am at the point where I don't care and may God or some higher deity have judgement on you and me if I chose this method. I am with you, there is no way to escape the pain we are in. I am not condoning nor condemning this method. I wish you free from pain. -M

How do you go about finding out where there are high speed train lines near you?

And is lying with your neck on the line so that the wheels go straight through your neck the best way of using this method?

Way to gruesome especially when you have far less traumatizing options.

There is a scene in the movie "Inception" about this method. Maybe it's useful.

Take it from someone who was involved in a train crash because someone parked their car on the tracks to commit suicide, you impact so many peoples lives and take others with you. 6 died on the train I was on and tens more injured. It stays with you for life.

I know of someone who did it this way. He was so badly mangled that he was identified by the watch he was wearing.

A failed attempt would likely result in a loss of mobility and difficulty in trying again. You would probably be better off using a different method.

If you saw the aftermath of a train suicide you'd pick another method. I wanted to do that until I saw how many people it affected.

Aww, you know I'm happy you're still here.

Some of us though want to go, that's just the reality, and guillotine and train are very similar methods. There is context. They appeal to me, too. Why? Because decapitation is instant and guarantees no stitching together by some do-gooders who think they can decide our fate for us. Of course the problems with trains is the driver, which is why I've dropped the method. I'm calmer now. But I was there once, at my lowest point in 2001 I too stood at the rails.

Whenever there is a train suicide you always hear the people affected whining saying they should have chose a method that doesn't inconvenience them (a well known British TV star even wrote a column about of saying the bodies should just be left to rot)
So I kinda think fuck the general public
I also think that rail suicides can often spur of the moment decisions as I once contemplated it when traveling by the London Underground

I wouldn't generalise, but I feel you. Live near some train tracks and we've had some suicides over the years. Have also taken rides on the train and I witnessed some guys joking around about the idiot who happened to kill himself on that day of all days, complaining how it was a nuisance to them and so forth. My mum had the same experience once. Have also witnessed a teen (a friend of my brother even) filming the mess left hanging in the trees on his cell. Some people are real pos. In fact I can confirm that for certain, because that wasn't the only shit that guy pulled.
