Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Recent Last Week Tonight episode on the many problems in America's autopsy/death investigation system. May be useful or interesting to some people here. Makes it seem a lot less likely that a competent medical professional will be looking into anyone's death, and many of them have huge backlogs and limited resources. From what I got out of it, it seems a lot more likely than you'd probably expect that your death investigation could be a bungled mess, and even done properly it can be months and months before your family would be given any conclusive evidence on what happened.
