• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So theoretically since I don't want to ponder much on my CTB and try get it over and done with— what if I just drove out at a super empty time at night, absolutely floor it- make sure I'm in as unsafe a position as possible- and intentionally let my car spin out of control?

I don't want to take anyone else out- I want to be the only one involved.
It might be hard to do consciously, so I'm also considering just "practicing" my usual mountain runs but while pushing WAY past my limits and kind of just- hoping something goes horribly wrong and I fly off the edge.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

It sounds like a bad idea. Very low success rate and potential injury. Modern cars are good at protect humans inside them. It wouldn't take your life given most of car accidents actually have no fatality. Rather they can leave you severe physical damages that deprive you of the ability to attempt again. And you'll need to pay for property damage your crash caused not to mention possible human damage (even if you are trying to avoid crashing into humans, it can happen).

The only way I would even consider it is to to crash a concrete wall in a straight line at least at 140 km/h, or more. It can be tricky to find a road with a spot like that.

Jumping would be essentially the same but with less hassle

It will be a slow painful death , not a good idea and your chances of surviving are high , you might do collateral damage to other people who want to live , however of you still want that kind of method i would suggest driving very fast on a empty road and hitting a solid concrete wall or divider

Not a method that I would try... You have a decent chance of surviving and ending up possibly paralyzed or disfigured, making your situation even worse.

I think in a car I would- but a bike? Maybe not. I was already considering getting one- and that'd basically be an instant fatality if I play my cards right.

The only way I'd go out via crashing is with a sports bike going like 150mph into a brick wall with no helmet. But the thought of getting vegetabled 'steers' me away

True but I do think it'd be legitimately unsurvivable. I'm tempted regardless

Not a guaranteed method. You could survive with permanent damage and/or harm others.
